Deposit | €500 one-time A one-time payment for students coming from third countries outside the EU/EEA is to be paid in full together with the full-year tuition fee payable upon arrival. The deposit is intended for coverage of possible immigration expenses and paid back upon request after graduation. |
Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Applicants for Master’s degree studies are required to have completed Bachelor degree or higher professional education comprising at least 3 years of full-time studies providing access to Master’s level study programmes. Entrance examinations will consist of Oral Interviews during which the applicant’s motivation, previous achievements are tested. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Applicants must upload education documents in original language, as well as translations into English. Diplomas and transcripts issued outside EU must be legalized with a legalization stamp or Apostille. Other requirements | Applicants for Master degree studies are required to have completed: Academic Bachelor in Natural Sciences, Computer Science or Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology, as well as equivalent higher education; The average grade in study courses must be 60% of the maximum. As a part of the admission process applicants will be asked to participate in an online interview. |

Overview
Aim of the study program – to provide students with the opportunity to study, analyze and develop the beneficial aspects of sport and physical activity – physical, mental, emotional and social, which improve the health and quality of life for all individuals, from children and young people to seniors, from patients with serious pathologies to professional high achievements, sports athletes, thus contributing to the growth of the intellectual potential of academically educated specialists, and promoting research-based interdisciplinary knowledge transfer to the themes of contemporary sports science.
Programme structure
Tasks of the study program:
1. To prepare students for academic careers in sports and exercise research centers, in the health education, public health, and health management institutions, sports agencies and associations, sports federations, sports medicine centers, medical rehabilitation centers, sports universities.
2. To provide graduates with the academic experience necessary for their further Professional activities in research institutions and the development of business.
To ensure the continuity of the development of sports science by providing graduates with prior knowledge for matriculation in sports science, natural sciences, social sciences, or other related doctoral study programs.
Career opportunities
Graduates can work in sports and exercise science and sports medicine research and medical centers, in the health education, publicē health and health management institutions; sports agencies and associations; sports federations; sports medical rehabilitation centers; sports universities. As qualified specialists, to work in cooperation with experts in other fields: food technologists (creation of new functional food products), with engineers (new measuring devices) with specialists in computing science (acquired sensors, computer programms, training methods, including load modeling and simulation devices, virtual reality), etc.
